As part of the Y5/6 RE unit on ‘Sacred Texts’, the children have been learning about Judaism and the role of the ‘Sofer’ in transcribing the Torah Scroll. The children enjoyed some calligraphy this afternoon with Miss Whitehead, focusing on the Hebrew alphabet.
